All gas, electricity, water, council tax and telephone bills will be the tenant’s responsibility 
The deposit will be protected in a Government backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme Munton & Russell are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are covered by the RICS Clients Money Protection Scheme. 
We are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPO).


If you would like to apply for the property each applicant will be required to complete an application form, provide the required identification and proof of address and pay the referencing fee.

Once we have obtained satisfactory referencing for you and you have been offered a tenancy on the property, we will require an initial payment that comprises one month’s rent, the deposit and the Tenancy Arrangement fee. This amount will be required prior to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement. 

Application Fee

Guarantor Referencing Fee 
If a Guarantor is required then a fee of £60.00 including VAT per Guarantor is payable to cover referencing costs Tenancy Agreement Fee 

A fee of £150.00 including VAT per property will be payable prior to the commencement of the tenancy for the tenants share of the preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement

Tenancy Agreement Renewal Fee 
A fee of £90.00 including VAT per property will be payable should you wish to renew your Tenancy Agreement for a further fixed term or if a new Agreement is required due to a change in your circumstances
