The initial payment, payable prior to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement, comprises one month’s rent, deposit and the Tenancy Arrangement fee.
The Landlord may require a larger deposit if they are willing to accept a pet.
All gas, electricity, water, council tax and telephone bills will be the tenant’s responsibility
The deposit will be protected in a Government backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme

If you would like to apply for the property each applicant will be required to complete an application form, provide the required identification and proof of address and pay the referencing fee.
Once we have obtained satisfactory referencing for you and you have been offered a tenancy on the property, we will require an initial payment that comprises one month’s rent, the deposit and the Tenancy Arrangement fee. This amount will be required prior to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement.

A fee of £150.00 including VAT per property will be payable prior to the commencement of the tenancy for the tenants share of the preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
Tenancy Agreement Renewal Fee
A fee of £90.00 including VAT per property will be payable should you wish to renew your Tenancy Agreement for a further fixed term or if a new Agreement is required due to a change in your circumstances
